Morsi Brothers Pty Ltd (ABN:38 639 542 386) Trading as Sorsi e Morsi, is seeking a passionate and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our Director to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef/Director in the development and preparation of seasonal menus and daily specials.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and plating presentations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
- Address and resolve any issues related to staff or food quality.
- Experiment with new recipes and suggest creative menu items.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in an Italian Restaurant, three years or more.
- Culinary school diploma is not required but highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Creativity in crafting unique dishes and menu items.
- A passion for food and a desire to contribute to a team-focused atmosphere.
