Haven Legal Co. is expanding! We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Preston. As a client-focused legal firm renowned for our plain English communication and innovative use of AI technologies, we provide exceptional service in property law, estate planning, and more.
What You Will Do:- Manage property transactions from initial advice to settlement unassisted
- Deal with residential, commercial, strata, leasehold, off the plan and subdivisions
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth process
- Conduct research and provide clear, actionable advice to clients
- Promote and market our firm to local Real Estate Agents
- Gain your own referrers
- 5+ years experience in Conveyancing preferred
- Understanding of Victorian property law essential
- Strong eye for detail
- Ability to work quickly and effectively
- Medium to high level of IT competency
- Excellent organisational skills and efficiency.
