  • Reviewing and advising clients on proposed purchase contracts.
  • Managing residential (including off the plan) and commercial conveyancing transactions autonomously, with the supervision of the Head of Legal Services.
  • Liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors and other third parties at every stage of the transaction to prepare all required correspondence and legal documents.
  • Utilising strong organisational skills to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines.
  • Other general tasks as required (including other PEXA transactions such as Transfers pursuant to court orders, Caveats, Leases etc).

The successful candidate will:

  1. Have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience.
  2. Be able to complete a conveyance from the beginning to the end.
  3. Be proficient in Smokeball, PEXA and Microsoft Word.
  4. Have a positive and professional attitude, exhibit attention to detail, have excellent written and oral communication skills and possess a strong and self-motivated work-ethic.
