(Conveyancing industry experience highly regarded)
What you'll need to succeed:
- A friendly, outgoing personality
- Exceptional organisation, communication and customer service skills
- Computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office applications)
- Ability to work well as part of the team, and show initiative when working independently
- Experience with CATS highly regarded
The role will involve responsibilities in;
- Assisting with Contract administration;
- Providing general administrative support to Senior Conveyancers;
- Meeting and greeting clients; and
- Conducting statutory government searches.
The position would ideally be part time, with hours and days to be discussed. Full time also a possible opportunity for the right candidate.
