We are expanding our team and are looking for a passionate Legal/Conveyancing Assistant to join us in making a difference in the lives of our clients.
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Assistant at Aspect Conveyancing, you will provide administrative support to our two registered conveyancers, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. This role will require a mix of excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Working autonomously with strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- Knowledge of Pexa and other conveyancing software is preferred
- Preparing all documents for a conveyancing transaction
- Guiding and assisting with knowledge to the administration and other staff when required
- Opening and finalising conveyancing files
- Managing email communication
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a Conveyancing Assistant, or similar role is highly regarded.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with conveyancing management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and related tasks is highly regarded
