Conveyancing Assistant at Aspect Conveyancing, Adelaide

Position: Conveyancing Assistant

Location: Adelaide, SA

Type: Permanent Part- Time, 2 – 3 days/week (neg)

Location: Walkerville (on site)

We are expanding our team and are looking for a passionate Legal/Conveyancing Assistant to join us in making a difference in the lives of our clients.


The Role:

As a Conveyancing Assistant at Aspect Conveyancing, you will provide administrative support to our two registered conveyancers, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. This role will require a mix of excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Working autonomously with strong attention to detail and great communication skills
  • Knowledge of Pexa and other conveyancing software is preferred
  • Preparing all documents for a conveyancing transaction
  • Guiding and assisting with knowledge to the administration and other staff when required
  • Opening and finalising conveyancing files
  • Managing email communication

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Conveyancing Assistant, or similar role is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with conveyancing management software. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and related tasks is highly regarded
