Part-time Conveyancing Assistant position available at a well established boutique law firm located in Adelaide's CBD.
The role being offered is on a part-time (2-4 days per week) basis with flexible hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our legal practitioners in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions including:
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and banks in relation to settlements
- Preparation of adjustment and settlement statements
- Ordering and updating searches
- Creation of PEXA workspaces
- Land division applications
- Contract and Form 1 preparation
- General administrative tasks
Essential skills/attributes:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role - Candidates who either have completed or are currently completing the Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing will be highly regarded.
- Experience with legal/conveyancing software and PEXA
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
