The Hills Club is a medium sized club located in the heart of Baulkham Hills, in Sydney’s beautiful Hills District. Our club offers our 4,500 members excellent facilities including 2 bars, a restaurant, Tab/Keno, gaming, 2 bowling greens and an outdoor dining area.
We are a modern and busy club with a popular in-house catering setting known as ‘The Hub’ which is open for both lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We offer high quality and relaxing dining experiences to our community, hosting a range of functions, meetings, and barefoot bowls events.

Our kitchen team currently has an opportunity for a hardworking cook (Grade 3) to join our team on a casual basis (25 hours plus per week).
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Bake, grill, steam and boil meats vegetables, fish, poultry and any other foods required
- Present, garnish and arrange dishes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle and store ingredients and foods
- Set up work stations and monitor inventory levels
You will have:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- Appropriate qualifications to work in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across Lunch and Dinner trade including weekends and public holidays
