• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a casual dining environment• A Culinary Professional that can deliver exceptional service• Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights

Key responsibilities:

• Food preparation, support & train the kitchen hand team & produce high quality dishes• Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality products and a smooth service• Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a casual setting• Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
