We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef for this busy venue located in Outback Queensland.
The successful candidate will have excellent previous bistro cooking experience and will be capable of working solo and running service.
This is a great opportunity to save money and experience the real Australia.
This picturesque little town offers great fishing, river water skiing or jetskiing, as well as lovely fresh air and excellent birdwatching.
Immediate Start
- $32.73 per hour Monday – Friday
- $35.35 after 7pm Mon – Fri
- $39.27 per hour Sat
- $45.82 per hour Sun
- Accommodation $100 per week
- Own self contained unit
Open for Lunch 6 days a week
Open for Dinner 7 days per week
Split shifts
Average 60-70 covers for dinner
Kitchen hand helps out on night shifts.
- Cooking & serving basic bistro meals
- Prep work, making stocks, sauces etc
- Assist with stock control & stock ordering
- Cover Head Chefs days off
- Other duties as required
Basic facilities in town
Pick up can be arranged from nearest town
Access via sealed roads
Telstra mobile coverage available only
