About the role…
A cook who leads by example and enjoys cooking that creates memories. Attention to detail is essential and they must appreciate good food and be proud of their work. Currently we run a tapas style small plates, large plates and share plate menu which has generated great reviews to date.
Comfortable with both larder and pans we need someone who is happy in a small service kitchen and working in a family like environment. As long as you have the passion for learning we will help teach you.
Key skill requirements…
- At least two years’ experience as a cook in a small but busy kitchen.
- Strong passion for the industry with a friendly service-focused attitude. This is a hands-on role so a love for being among the action.
- Ability to work with front of house bar/floor staff and other kitchen staff.
