Adore Beauty was put on the web way back in April 2000 by self-confessed beauty-junkie Kate Morris. Having grown up in Launceston, Tasmania, Kate lamented that all the hottest beauty products mentioned in magazines were only available to those who lived in big cities.
So Kate innovated! She created an online beauty boutique that would make beauty products accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime and to create a place where customers felt comfortable and in control of their own beauty journey.
Today, Adore Beauty is a bustling ASX listed, quick-paced, passion-driven company employing approx 170+ team members. The Role

We're now looking for a visionary Private Label Manager to join our team and help propel our vision into reality. Think you’re up for the challenge?
This role is responsible for driving and delivering key business goals in the Private Label space. This includes reaching long term (3 years+) financial goals, defining and delivering on targets and strategies to deliver Revenue and EBITDA targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Innovate and Iterate: Dive deep into products, develop innovative strategies, explore partnerships, execute packaging visions, and build brand awareness strategies
- Collaborate Like a Pro: Work alongside stakeholders within the business to create ranges and strategies to deliver goals
- Research and Develop: Stay ahead of the curve by researching market trends, and consumer needs, understand global markets, and emerging technologies to develop alternative growth strategies
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure all elements of the Private Label business are of the highest quality and align with our company’s vision and values
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Lead cross collaboration within Adore Marketing and Brand teams to formulate and implement plans for advertising, public relations, sales and marketing
- Develop and lead strategies to build brand awareness
- Ensure risk mitigation strategies to reduce risk
- Deliver a strong new product pipeline that aligns with the brand, customer, market, and business needs
Product Strategy and supplier relationships
- Define and deliver on targets and strategies to deliver Revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Create and implement long term strategic goals of growth, for all Private Label brands
- Analysing data regarding current trends and predicting future consumer trends, including collaborating with other internal teams to gain insight.
- Lead financial business planning
- Define and lead brand distribution channels, partnerships, and opportunities to expand brand awareness and product sales
- Taking a commercial approach to all decisions
Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve targets and contribute to business success
- Manage performance to drive a high-performing team (Appraisals, regular 1:1s, development planning etc.)
Who you are
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or similar disciple and;
- 5-10+ years experience in a similar role in a retail and/or an e-commerce business
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in:
- Demonstrated experience with product development, range building, and trend analysis
- Brand management
- Operational mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Building Private Labels within an organization
- Leadership experience
- Experience within a strategic role and demonstrated experience achieving commercial success with Private Label brands?
