Delivery and assessment of SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management and SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management in class and workplaces.
The right people for the job will:
(i) be highly self-motivated and able to teach cookery units
(ii) always ensure their students really learn - being willing and ready to adapt learning for cohorts of learners to guarantee great outcomes
(iii) care about the integrity of their qualifications
(iv) develop and maintain strong customer and industry relationships
(v) understand a culture that strives to be the best and are proud to be part of it.
(v) be willing to develop themselves.
(vi) support WAIFS in all of their requirements for the role.
Candidates MUST have:
(i) A qualification at least to the level being delivered.
ii) hold TAE40110/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
(iii) hold TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools
(iv) hold TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
(v) Current and relevant industry experience, able to teach in the kitchen (Chef experience is requied). This is essential as the positions will meet our industry clients and be responsible for providing highly relevant training and assessment to students.
Salaries are commensurate with experience. Salary growth can be excellent based on results.
