An exciting opportunity exists to join the Northern Sydney Local Health District Asset Management team. Reporting to the Director Asset Management, the Coordinator Asset Management will provide high-level administrative support as well as project support across a wide variety of functions that make up District Asset Management (capital management, strategic Asset Management, fleet services, biomedical maintenance and environmental and waste).

What you'll be doing
The Coordinator will work closely with the Director Asset Management and other managers across the Asset Management portfolio. The role will be expected to provide administrative services such as secretariat support, development of briefing documents and reports, collation of information and data, data analysis and database management, rostering, and raising of requisitions.
The Coordinator will also provide ad hoc project support across the portfolio and regularly engage with a variety of stakeholders in collecting information and data, for input into databases, funding applications, business cases etc.
