Organisation & Role
This leading school based in Chatswood area, is on the lookout for a n IT Asset Management Coordinator to join their friendly & professional IT team and assist with the devices rollouts and various requests & IT related issues from students, staff, families and external providers.
Reporting to the Client Services Team Lead, your key role will be to coordinate, manage, track and troubleshoot thousands of IT devices across both Mac & Windows environments.
Position
Joining a large IT team, you will be responsible for new devices rollouts and IT assets management, and for providing IT technical support to thousands of users when the need is there.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Prepare images for both Mac & Windows laptops
- Manage the school's fleet devices for staff and students, including laptops, desktops and iPads
- Plan & coordinate new devices rollouts
- Coordinate the school's mobile phone fleet
- Maintain assets register
- Coordinate insurance and warranty repairs
- Provide reporting as required
- Assist with the documentation of policies and procedures
- When the larger team needs additional help, provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to users either by telephone, email, remote or face to face.
- Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Technical requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in an IT support role
- Previous rollouts & IT asset Management experience in medium to large organisations a plus.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows & Mac devices and software
- Experience with JAMF / SCCM or Intune would be a plus
- Strong project management / project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Valid driving license & car essential
