Qualifications & experience

• Must hold the appropriate Diploma, Cert IV, Cert III or 
• Bachelor of Education and have completed a minimum of 50% and continuing studying towards completion
• A minimum of 1-year previous leadership experience is essential within an OSHC/Early Childhood setting
• Previous experience in running a service is desirable
• Confidence to lead, support and guide while being an inspiring role model 
• A sound understanding of the NQF
• Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
• Passionate and Self motivated 
• Excellent communication, leadership and management skills 
• Highly organised and ability to multitask

The Role 

An exciting opportunity is currently available to lead our brand-new service as Coordinator. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can take on the challenge of being in charge.

• Managing the day to day running of our service in line with our policies, procedures and philosophy.
• Support and guide our small team of experienced educators 
• Take on the valued role of Educational Leader and be responsible for implementing an innovative and high-quality program 
• This role is flexible and can be offered as full time or part time over the general times of 6.30am-10.00am and 2.00pm-6.00pm
• During Vacation care hours are varied between 6.30am - 6.00pm
