We are currently seeking a highly organised, customer-service focussed and proactive person to join our team in Bathurst as a full time Business Support Officer.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the reception area, answering the phone, greeting visitors, organising meetings, filing, data entry and other administrative and office management tasks as needed.
- You will also support our customers, providing them with information, assisting with assessment and housing documentation, using our IT systems, and providing a high level of service at all times.
To be successful, you will require experience in administration and customer service, ideally within the community services or government sector. You will need to be sensitive to the needs of a diverse range of customers and have the maturity to remain calm and professional at all times. You will have a can-do, no-fuss attitude and desire to help.
You will also need a current drivers licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.

This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Business Support Officer is classified as a Level 2.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $63,818 gross per annum (this will increase in July in line with Award increases). This will also increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award.
