WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
This position is responsible for applying leadership, coordination, and effective management to the support functions of the business to ensure achievement of Androck’s operational goals. The position is also responsible for providing high level professional and operational support to Androck’s Senior Management.
The positions main objectives are:
- Controlling all store and admin functions ensuring they are meeting department requirements.
- Coordinating the team ensuring members have adequate equipment, instruction, and training to perform tasks.
- Ensure business processes related to the integrated management system are defined, communicated and effective.
- Plan and manage business process improvements to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Direct and assist Androck’s Senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Identify emerging issues and events in need of organisational attention and initiate appropriate action.
This role is being offered as a 12 month contract position to cover a period of maternity leave.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous leadership and management experience of admin and stores teams
- Adequate experience and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to manage, lead and instruct others
- Microsoft Navision (Desirable)
- Experience and knowledge in the overhaul of underground mining equipment
- Experiencing leading a team in manufacturing environment
