•    Create impact as a Coordinator, Business Support

Your Role

 

We have an exciting entry level opportunity for someone eager to start their career in insurance claims.  

 

Working closely with our Claims Consultants, Payments Team and Finance Teams, you’ll manage Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Claims requests end to end, including payment and lodgement queries, document transfer and completion as well as providing support external providers regarding invoice related queries.

 

You’ll prepare written communication to injured people, service providers and other stakeholders for CTP claims and collate necessary documentation from claims files as required by external regulators.

 

Based in Sydney, this full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and being in our office 2 days per week.

 

Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.  

 

About You
You’ll be well organised, flexible and self-motivated, have the ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate continuous attention to detail.

 

•    Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
•    A ‘can-do attitude’ and approach to daily tasks and projects
•    A natural problem solver with the ability to think outside the box 
•    Able to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
•    Proven ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a multi-team environment 
•    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suit including, Excel and Word
