About the Role
As the Coordinator: Creative Services, you will plan and provide operational traffic management of the unit’s workflows by scheduling the development of digital and print based marketing solutions. This will involve coordinating design, content development, writing, editorial and photography.
You will provide quality control and management of external supplier relationships, including printers, agency partners and distribution channels. In addition, you will provide high-level advice to the Communications and Marketing Unit’s (CMK) Management team and work collaboratively across the University to coordinate, advise and assist in the production of marketing materials.
About the Communications and Marketing Unit
The Communications and Marketing Unit’s role is to raise the profile of UniSA and enhance the understanding and recognition of its strengths and diversities; internally, externally and internationally among key target groups including staff, students, graduates, prospective students, government, media, business, professions, other educational bodies and the wider community. The Unit plays a critical role in contributing to the growth of the institution’s brand and profile, as well as delivery of the University strategic action plan.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, writing, graphic design, visual communications, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in publications development, including the technical processes of print production, to deliver strategic marketing and communication campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in conceiving and implementing new creative print, design and content solutions to support business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in the project management of a creative, design and content production for a variety of sources.
- Proven ability to oversee the operational workflow of others while maintaining a collaborative team based work environment, including high-level negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in using traffic and task management software, particularly Monday.com to generate documentation and manage multiple project deliverables on a daily basis.
