Our tight-knit Marketing team is rapidly expanding into the exciting content space, maintaining key social media accounts for a number of prominent clients across Adelaide. We are seeking a talented, passionate, creative individual with a background in marketing and/or communications and content creation to join our crew and help take our content to the next level.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work to support our marketing projects and manage social media accounts for the Clique Creative brand and our clients. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Conceptualising and presenting ideas for fresh, clear and engaging social media content that aligns with Clique Creative and our clients’ brands and their target audiences
- Creating weekly/monthly social media schedules for Clique Creative and 7-9 social media clients, including implements changes
- Meeting with clients for initial briefings and ongoing client relations, with support from the Marketing Manager
- Managing client social portfolios, including creating content (design and content writing), engaging with and responding to online audiences and reporting on account performances.
- Understanding emerging trends across social media platforms and influencer landscapes and providing insights to the team.
- UGC creation and idea generation
- Briefing or repurposing content coordinated and/or shot by our content creator for editors to be suitable for Instagram use
- Assisting with the creation and management of client briefs and presentations on behalf of the Marketing Manager
- Setting up and monitoring paid ads
- Maintain and update Clique Creative’s website, as well as have the skillset to build websites (including landing pages) for our clients when required.
- Attending regular client meetings to discuss strategy
- Contribute to monthly Clique Creative newsletters/blog
- Capturing behind the scenes content for Clique Creative
- Supporting the Leadership team where required
- Working with and communicating effectively with Clique Creative’s entire team, as well as Clique Creative’s clients to deliver projects
- Liaising with relevant Clique Creative teams to organise resources and/or equipment required for shoots, contacting clients or contractors where necessary.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a social media guru and understand the front and tech ends of popular digital platforms. You’ll love nothing more than coming up with fun, creative yet simple ideas for social content; planning out content schedules and assisting your team with creative brainstorming.
You are a brilliant storyteller, UGC creator, forward thinker and have an energetic personality. You are a clear and concise writer and a confident communicator - you don’t mind jumping into a web meeting or face-to-face client meetings when needed.
You understand the value of good design (love a bit of Canva & InDesign action), have strong initiative and self drive to deliver projects within deadlines and of an excellent quality.
You have exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to work autonomously while also being a team player, and most importantly - are excited by beautiful imagery!
This role would suit someone who has recently graduated with a marketing, communications or design degree/diploma, however those with industry experience are encouraged to apply.
