The Coordinator, Executive Education plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of short course programs at AGSM within its Executive Education department. This multifaceted role involves managing various aspects of faculty engagement, contract management, onboarding, and building and maintaining relationships with faculty members. The Coordinator, Executive Education acts as a central point of contact for faculty members and collaborates closely with finance, administrative, sales and delivery teams to ensure efficiency and compliance with university policies and guidelines.
Accountabilities:

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end facilitator engagement processes, including casual and contractor engagement, ensuring all university policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
- Oversee the administration, distribution, tracking, and logging of University contracts.
- Initiate the processing of offer letters for Casual Academics and arrange Academic Above Load payments.
- Plan and deliver the overall short course facilitator administration processes from contracting to payment in a timely manner that is consistent and compliant across the faculty and aligned with approved plans.
- Maintain and update systems and procedures to ensure a consistent approach for general administration and support, including document and records management, to ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements and UNSW Enterprise Agreements, policies and procedures.
- Review and improve systems, processes and procedures related to technological changes, contracting, and performance reviews of facilitators to align with the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with key Executive Education colleagues, providing expert advice and technical knowledge to ensure consistent and compliant contracting and recruitment procedures are followed.

- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated administrative and operational support experience with managing and coordinating contracts.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, as well as other database systems.
- Excellent negotiation skills, including the ability to relate effectively to a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships.
- Highly advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills., with a proven ability to nurture strong social and business networks.
- Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to understand and communicate financial information and monitor budgets.
