Join our Fusion Control Room team, supporting Macquarie’s General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable systems, where you will help support world-class SaaS applications that drive our digitalisation strategy.

What role will you play?

As an Oracle Fusion support and development specialist, you will manage and monitor the Control M job scheduling system to ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs, while troubleshooting and resolving issues and providing technical support and guidance to end-users.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define job scheduling requirements, along with developing and maintaining basic scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes. You will also perform maintenance tasks, such as job cleanup and system configuration updates and document job scheduling procedures, configurations, and scripts for knowledge sharing and future reference.

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field
  • Experience working with Control M job scheduling system in a production environment
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python etc
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with job scheduling best practices and process automation techniques is advantageous.
