The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-discipline Coordinator to manage ongoing contracts related to minor Projects and Shutdown Works.
The ideal candidate will have a background in E&I with a good understanding of SMP, though a well-rounded SMP Coordinator will also be considered. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish kick-off meetings with key stakeholders and arrange internal organisation structure for project/shutdown delivery.
- Folder structure set up.
- Ensure the estimate register is updated according to submitted pricing.
- Maintain progress meetings prior to mobilisation and during engagement.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Ensure work packs are completed for onsite delivery.
- Complete and issue Labour Request Forms to the Recruitment Lead.
- Complete and issue Asset Request Forms to the Asset Department.
- Ensure all resources and assets are rostered according to project/shutdown requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure efficient workflow.
- Previous experience within the shutdown circuit - desirable with BHP, FMG, and RTIO.
- Ability to travel to site on an ad hoc basis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
