The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven, and passionate Coordinator of Supports. You will be responsible for providing professional and accountable coordination of services to assist the participant in achieving their goals.
This role offers flexibility for either Part Time or Full Time, flexible working hours and hybrid work if you're looking for balance in your work from home days.

The primary focus:
- Understand and use their NDIS plan to pursue their goals.
- Connect with NDIS support providers, community representatives, and other
services they need. - Build confidence and skills to use and coordinate their supports.
- Understand and keep track of their NDIS plan budget.
- Understand and respect the rights of participants.
- Adjust communication style to suit the participant to build trusted relationships.
- Work collaboratively with all providers and support networks.
- Understand the needs, wants and goals of the participant in detail to build
capacity.
Essential Criteria:â¯
- Tertiary qualification in health or welfare field and/or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of services to people with a disability
- Detailed understanding of NDIS planning and process, rules, and reporting requirements
- Established coordination and problem-solving skills to address any barriers
The successful applicant will possess or willingness to obtain the following: NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, first aid & CPR certificate and undertake a pre-employment functional medical.
