We are currently seeking a highly driven and passionate Administration/Student Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Sydney, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our international students and contributing to our college's expansion.
Role Overview: Reporting to the CEO and RTO Manager, the Administration/Student Support Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for enrolled students and relevant departments. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless admission and enrolment procedures, managing student data, facilitating academic and financial support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining optimal student experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Enrolment & Financial Management:
- Process and coordinate applications, issue Offer Letters and Student Agreements.
- Handle data entry, student file maintenance on our Student Management System.
- Manage tuition fees, invoicing, and financial records.
- Initiate and approve payment transactions.
- Pursue outstanding fees and manage financial communications with professionalism.
Student Support & Progress:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and agents.
- Provide orientations, program support, and manage student IDs and USIs.
- Review student progress and attendance, and coordinate support meetings.
- Assist in handling deferrals, suspensions, and withdrawals.
Training & Assessment Support:
- Support the Academic Manager with assessment uploads and student communications.
- Manage filing and archiving of student assessments.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain documentation.
- Participate in audit and governance meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of external sources of student support and respond to critical incidents.
Operational Duties:
- Create guides and templates for student support staff.
- Conduct general housekeeping of reception, classrooms, and boardroom.
- Network with various departments to ensure cohesive operations.
