Coordinator Perinatal Mental Health
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 01/01/2025, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
An opportunity exists for a suitably experienced Coordinator to join the Mental Health team at Carnarvon Health Campus – Midwest.
Position Profile:
Liaise and negotiate with Aboriginal communities and health professionals in the Carnarvon region for the development, planning and implementation of culturally appropriate Perinatal Mental Health Services. Provide support, community development and education and training services and cultural consultancy to mainstream Mental Health/community professionals. Provide support and direction to staff facilitating the program. Maintain client caseload (group & individual).

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
