About the Role – COORDINATOR PROPERTY PROJECTS AND MAINTENANCE

- General Officer Level 7: $115,433 - $122,541 (FTE) plus superannuation
- Full Time /Permanent
This is a key leadership position within the Adelaide Hills Council property team. We are seeking someone who can manage and motivate team members to deliver key building AND MAINTENANCE projects that have been identified in Council’s Capital Works Program whilst providing program management support to the Manager Property Services. Key to this role is a community oriented focus, and a people leader with skills in building, scheduling, cost tracking and reporting.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role leading and motivating employees and contractors to achieve results in a positive, accountable, team-based environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management frameworks and practices and the ability to coach employees in their consistent application.
- A strong track record planning, managing, delivering and reporting on a diverse program of complex building AND MAINTENANCE projects within agreed timeframes and budgets and in accordance with Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Demonstrated contract management experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or lesser formal qualifications with a combination of experience, expertise, and competence to perform the duties of the role.
