As a registered TGA Facility specialising in clinical trials, we offer storage and distribution of clinical trial supplies and can also provide a secondary packaging service to pharmaceutical companies, contract research organisations and third-party packaging.

Key activities
- Work under the direction of the Client Services Manager
- Manages a portfolio of new and ongoing clinical trials.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their storage, distribution, and other logistics requirements.
- Create detailed Depot Project Instructions for operations and help train operations staff to ensure smooth implementation of new studies into the depot.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure smooth implementation of new studies.
- Provide updates on study activities and issues.
- With the help of regulatory affairs, advise clients and operations on regulatory requirements and depot capabilities.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting to internal and external parties and assist with project budget tracking.
- Work with the procurement team to assist with sourcing of clinical trial materials.
- Enter data into SAP to create new materials and contracts.
- Support the Client Services Manager with all routine admin tasks.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service track record
- Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Highly computer literate with advanced Word, Excel, MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management system would be advantageous.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- An interest in Clinical Trials
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team,
- Have a proactive approach to new challenges.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Certificate or TAFE Qualification, would be advantageous,
- Experience in Administration with a high level of detail or complexity.
- Background in clinical trials, warehouse & distribution administration would be advantageous,
- Experience of working within a highly regulated environment would be advantageous.
This will be a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Client Services Manager. The salary and conditions will be negotiated according to experience, flexibility, and skills base.
