What role will you play?
In this role you will be researching, processing, instructing, and reconciling all corporate action types in all markets for all products in the Aladdin system with an understanding of the risk implications. You will partner with Front Office as well as Legal, Fund Accounting, Data and Pricing and Reconciliations teams to achieve the best outcomes for stakeholders where necessary.
Your goal will be to increase efficiency and service delivery and contribute value to the wider business by identifying and implementing new process improvements. You will be called upon to contribute to exciting projects and business changes and have the opportunity to help facilitate the onboarding of new clients and attend to any proxy voting, class action and fund accounting queries.
What you offer
- 1-2 years' experience in financial services operations and prior experience in Corporate Actions would be desirable but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and problem solve
- Results driven with a quality focus and strong risk awareness and understanding of the escalation process
- A tertiary qualification in Business is preferred.
- Aladdin System experience would be highly regarded.
