The Opportunity
Join Morgans as a Corporate Finance Analyst! In this position you will work closely with the senior members of the Corporate team and gain exposure to a range of projects, predominantly in equity capital market capital raising however also including exposure to Corporate Advisory, M&A and debt capital markets transactions.
What you will be doing
Provide support on the execution of corporate transactions, including but not limited to:
- Involvement in due diligence processes including review of due diligence materials and drafting offer documents (e.g. Prospectus, Information Memorandum)
- Preparation of marketing documentation (including sales notes, emails, presentations etc.)
- Private wealth network and institutional investor marketing, co-ordination and follow-up
- Liaising with branches, advisors and institutional clients in relation to offer details, logistics, settlement and allocations
Assist in business development, including but not limited to:
- Participate in developing ideas and new relationships, including industry and company specific analysis
- Prepare pitch documents –capability presentations, deal-specific pitches etc.
- Prepare reports / analysis for clients as required, including preparation of regular monthly market and trading reports to corporate clients
- Attend AGMs, company presentations, meetings, site visits, etc. as required
- Attend meetings / breakfasts / lunches and other functions as required
- Assist in maintenance of Morgans corporate presentation materials, including precedent databases and capability documents
- Support function to senior corporate team members
- Attending regular internal meetings, including the daily morning meeting, sales meetings, business development meetings and weekly corporate meeting
- Develop an understanding of legal and accounting issues relating to capital markets and Corporate Advisory services

- High degree of familiarity with Microsoft 365 with intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Degree qualified with 2-5 years relevant professional experience
- Successful candidates will be expected to complete RG146 to achieve Authorised Representative status
