Corporate / Commercial Senior Associate Or Special Counsel

Work with several ex top tier Partners across a mix of corporate and commercial advisory work | Key senior role with no BD | Varied client base

About the firm:
This national law firm continues to do very well with growth across most of its core practice areas. The Brisbane office is known as having a fantastic firm culture and is very busy across all practice areas.
About the role:
This newly created role is due to growth and will see you working across several Partners (all ex top tier) and day to day will have you involved in:

• various transactional work including mergers and acquisitions and capital raising;
• advising technology clients particularly in relation to commercialisation;
• drafting various commercial agreements from joint venture agreements and corporate structuring;
• various associated regulatory advisory and corporate governance work; and
• working with clients from start ups through to listed corporates.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• 6-15 years' post admission experience in corporate/commercial work;
• good corporate/commerical experience with strong attention to detail and excellent client relationship skills; and
• a collegiate, team approach and good mentoring skills working with the juniors in the team.
