The Role
Join our client's Corporate team deeply immersed in client industries, where they blend sector expertise with commercial acumen and technical excellence. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with dynamic Corporate Advisory partners to undertake diverse projects for both listed and private clients.
- Spanning across various sectors including resources, renewables, energy transactions, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, compliance, project finance, and M&A.
- Working closely with clients, taking ownership of matters, and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.
- Enjoying a positive and supportive environment that fosters your long-term career growth.
You're an experienced mid-level Senior Associate ready to propel your career in corporate law. Here's what we're looking for:
- Significant experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A.
- Preferably, expertise in the resources industry.
- Strong drafting and project management skills.
- Confidence to take ownership and support partners on substantial matters.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional client service and a hunger for continuous learning.
