Additional accounting and administration responsibilities will include the following:
- Workflow Management
- Adding New Clients to the database
- Setting up jobs for timesheets and collating correct client information
- Client Engagement
- Setting up client payment plans for our services
- Debtor Management
- Diary Management for Principals
- Handling all ATO notice and ATO enquiries including penalty remissions
- Maintaining the database
- Tax Lodgements
- Filing and Archiving
- Collating all tax work
- Invoicing
- Responsible for co-ordinating the professional accounting process manual
You will be a strong organiser who can work autonomously, juggle multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously and streamline processes. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills are of paramount importance to succeed in this position.
