SalaryJoin this well-established accounting and wealth management practice. With proven experience in a professional services environment you will be able to demonstrate strong skills relating to the reviewing and processing ASIC Annual Reviews coupled with managing workflow.
Additional accounting and administration responsibilities will include the following:
- Workflow Management
- Adding New Clients to the database
- Setting up jobs for timesheets and collating correct client information
- Client Engagement
- Setting up client payment plans for our services
- Debtor Management
- Diary Management for Principals
- Handling all ATO notice and ATO enquiries including penalty remissions
- Maintaining the database
- Tax Lodgements
- Filing and Archiving
- Collating all tax work
- Invoicing
- Responsible for co-ordinating the professional accounting process manual
You will be a strong organiser who can work autonomously, juggle multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously and streamline processes. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills are of paramount importance to succeed in this position.
