Administrator - Corporate Secretarial / Asic Compliance

Join this busy, professional accounting practice and take responsibility for the full range of ASIC / Corporate Secretarial responsibilities including:

• Annual company statements
• Director changes
• Share Transfers
• Business name applications
• Dividend statements
• ABN and TFN applications
• Setting up companies, trusts and super funds
• Liaising with ASIC
• Client Liaison

You will work as part of a friendly professional team and will be provided with ongoing training, support, progression opportunities and a car park!

Requirements for the role include:

• Minimum 1 year experience with ASIC / Corporate Secretarial work in an accounting firm
• Proficient in BGL CAS or other Corporate Secretarial software, and MYOB preferred 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A flexible and positive approach
