Job description

Work anywhere in Australia for the leading heart health charity.

Support the delivery of our Corporate Partnerships Strategy to make a difference to the heart health of all people living in Australia.

The role

In this role you will support and nurture relationships with our corporate supporters; and our workplace giving programs and corporate stewardship activities.

The focus of this role is on fostering relationships with corporate supporters facilitating ongoing support and engagement from them.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the delivery of strategies to grow workplace giving programs, fostering increased participation and contributions from corporates.
  2. Collaborate with workplace giving supporters to create customised workplace giving initiatives that align with their corporate social responsibility goals.
  3. Monitor and report on the performance of workplace giving programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for corporate donations received. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate supporters to ensure continued support and stewardship.
  5. Work with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Supporter Relations team to ensure compliance with all corporate donation acceptance procedures and regulations.
  6. Nurture relationships with corporate supporters, ensuring ongoing support and stewardship in collaboration with the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
  7. Assist in the creation and execution of stewardship materials and engagement plans for corporate partnerships and corporate supporters.
  8. Develop customised stewardship reports and impact statements to demonstrate the value of corporate donations.
  9. Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships to ensure corporate partners and supporters are acknowledged and recognised for their contributions through various channels.
  10. Generate regular reports on the performance and impact of corporate partnerships, corporate supporters and workplace giving, and unsolicited donations.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated success in marketing, for-purpose, or a related field.
  • An understanding of workplace giving programs and donor relations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and fundraising software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing automated donor journeys.
  • Knowledge of corporate social responsibility trends.
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector and philanthropy.
