This role will act as a trusted partner to the Corporate division to drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities;
- Prepare and communicate monthly financial reports, forecast and variance analyses to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse cost base and drive, design and deliver impactful and value-adding financial reporting.
- Articulate actionable insights into business drivers to optimise the cost base and support decision making.
- Integrate financial risk factors into budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling and support teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Support, review and interrogate commercial agreements and investment evaluation recommendations, cost assumptions, benefit realisation plans and outcomes.
- Interpret data, order, and assess its value and then present the findings to the relevant stakeholders concisely, with a focus on the future.
- Analysing data and delivering timely, accurate and high-quality reporting together with valuable insights to key stakeholders.
Your Background:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, business or other relevant streams.
- CA / CPA qualified.
- Proven experience in a corporate commercial environment
- Demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering, budgeting & forecasting, and providing overall finance support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various functional stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed financial analysis at granular detail level while keeping the focus on the big picture.
