About the Opportunity:
A well-established mid-tier public practice accounting firm in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join its expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and advisory engagements within the firm's dedicated Corporate Finance division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients on various Corporate Finance matters, such as capital raising, restructuring, and divestments.
- Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and valuation assessments to support transaction execution and advisory projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the firm's networks.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4-5 years' experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, or investment banking, preferably within a professional services firm.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Professional qualifications such as CA/CPA or CTA are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction execution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
