Compliance Manager is required for a Body Corporate Management Company - working 15 hrs per week (specific days are flexible)
Work independently, whilst supported by an experienced team. We have a position available for an experienced candidate to join our 'small team environment' at Australasian Body Corporate Management located at our Windsor office.
The position available is to provide support to our experienced Body Corporate Managers in various tasks of facilities management relating to Body Corporate complex's under our management, such as the creation of compliance reports:
- Annual Safety Assessment Report
- Sinking Fund Forecast Report
- Part 5 - Safety Inspection Report
NO LICENCES REQUIRED
Your responsibilities will include -
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, verbal and written
- Assist in all aspects of the creation of the reports and site inspections of the Body Corporate complexes located within Brisbane and Gold Coast
- Position is desk based and site attendance is required
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Be able to interpret legislation in accordance with the Body Corporate Community Management Act 1997
- Training and handover is on offer
- The use of a motor vehicle is required therefore, you must own a vehicle to fulfil the role
