The Role
An amazing opportunity for someone ready to progress their Corporate Finance career and move into Partnership. Taking that step in to Partnership requires a Candidate with the right expertise and experience delivering high quality service and advice for the firm's client base.
In this role you'll be expected to rejuvenate and rebuild the Corporate Finance Division including but not limited to:
- Servicing existing clients and growing the service offering.
- Taking over from the Partner who has retired and transitioned out.
- Delivering project work from start to end, getting your hands dirty to get things done while you establish and build a dedicated team
- Hire staff into the division at all levels who you can mentor and train
- Build your network and have a track record of successful business development
- Design, develop, and utilise financial models to underpin your work.
- The Partners are very excited to have the right Candidate in this role who can build this business unit. They are supportive of a new Partner coming in and want to support the growth of the Corp Finance business within their firm.
About You
- 10+ years in Corporate Finance
- Experienced in Transactions, Due Diligence, M&A, Capital Raising, Strategic Planning, Valuations
- Proven experience in Business Development
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Seeks Business growth, improvements and opportunities
