Position Overview
The role of Centre Manager will be engaging from day one, as you deliver first-class exercise prescription, group fitness class instruction (as qualified), build a personal training clientele and day-to-day management of the wellness centre across. Beyond managing the wellness centre, the successful candidate will promote broader CHM services and wellbeing programs to our client.
This role is part-time, a minimum of 3 days per week (22.8 hours; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and a maternity leave cover for at least 6 months until January 2025 with potential to continue in a similar capacity beyond this. Salary range is $35-$38 per hour + Super

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or relevant field
- Advanced knowledge of exercise prescription
- Great communication skills
- Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service
- Stakeholder relations and reporting
- Manage and coordinate staff, group instructors and contractors
- Proficient computer and administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate yourself
- First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Police Check prior to commencement
