Corporate Franchisee - NDIS

We are currently seeking CNCs or Registered Nurses who are passionate about in-home and community care and looking to managing their own franchise!

HomeCaring provides high quality, person-centred home care to seniors and people living with disability. We pride ourselves on caring for our clients with passion, respect, empathy and accountability.

This is an exciting role and will allow you to build your own business unit with the support of a large corporate group. The position allows for business unit autonomy and has a strong focus on harnessing their passion for caring. We will provide full business, financial, marketing and other back office systems support. Full training will be provided to ensure the candidates success.

The Role

Your role will be to:

• Manage home care programs (Home Care Packages, NDIS, Private Services)
• Support aged and disability clients
• Oversee client intake and ongoing care and compliance
• Recruit care workers / support workers
• Network and create strong partnerships in the community with referral partners

• Be able to follow established systems and processes
• Must have their current AHPRA registration
