JOB TITLE:Corporate General Manager

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Corporate General Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the company. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. The Corporate General Manager will report directly to the executive leadership team and collaborate with various department heads to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Assess and oversee overall company operations, strategic direction, and growth initiatives, and plan company policy and objectives accordingly.
- · Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals, to maximize profit and efficiency.
- · Manage and direct company operations across various departments (finance, HR, marketing, sales), including day-to-day direction and management.
- · Lead financial management tasks including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- · Foster relationships and represent the college with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and suppliers.
- · Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing management team.
- · Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
- · Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance.
- · Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- · Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- · Champion a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus, and innovation.
- · Negotiate major contracts and partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance or commerce required;
· Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) degree highly desirable;
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- · At least 2 years of proven experience in a senior management role, with a track record of successful leadership and growth achievement.
- · Skills in management, internal controls, budgeting, risk management.
- · Ability in planning and directing day-to-day operations of an organization.
- · Skilled in ensuring compliance and meeting audit requirements.
- · Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- · Deep understanding of business strategies and finance-related performance metrics.
- · Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- · Willingness to travel as necessary for business development and operational oversight.
