Corporate Immunisation RN - Albury

Premier Health is excited to be partnering with our National Corporate Immunisation client. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Immunisation qualifications.
This is a contract role from early March to late June 2024 providing flu vaccines in corporate offices / various workplaces during the traditional influenza vaccination window of mid-March through to end mid/late June.

What we are looking for:

• Registered Nurses with Nurse immuniser qualifications
• Able to work from Early March to late June 2024
• Part time hours & Full time hours (20 – 40hrs per week)

Key responsibilities:

• Administration of vaccines, in accordance with the National Standards set by the National Health & Medical Research Council and the relevant state Department of Health and the guidelines, and policies and procedures
• Traveling in-between different offices/client locations throughout the day
• Maintain immunisation skills knowledge, CPR and Anaphylaxis training each year
• Maintain immunisation records, vaccine supplies and consumables
• To monitor cold chain and storage of vaccines and to report and manage any detected breach of cold chain
• Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to avoid any incidents or wastage
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with legislative, industrial and organisational policy requirements and standards in the areas of Work Health and Safety

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Nurse immuniser qualifications
• Good computer & mobile device skills
• Current CPR certificate and anaphylaxis training
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Driver License
• Australia Work Rights

  Benefits:

• Great hourly rate $54.45p/hr
• Monday to Friday (hours vary but all shifts within business hours)
• Locations with the Albury region.
