About the role
You will be working on complex corporate and commercial transactions and be responsible for providing advice on key business transactions, as well as general corporate law, M&A, takeovers and foreign investment.
About you:
- Lawyer/Associate/SA (4+ PQE);
- Expertise in a wide variety of corporate law work.
- Bachelor of Law’s Degree, Juris Doctor or Master of Law coupled with strong academics.
- Superior drafting skills and attention to detail; and
- Excellent communication skills.
