They are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Partner with 10 to 25 years of experience to join their national corporate practice.

As part of this large firm, you will work alongside other Corporate Partners nationally, collaborating in managing and mentoring a team while serving clients on various matters. Your expertise will include:
- Regulated and off-market mergers and acquisitions,
- Equity capital markets,
- Back door listings,
- Corporate advisory,
- Joint ventures, and
- ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
While experience in all these areas is not essential, compatibility with the team will require working across several of these practice areas. To excel in this role, you should have worked in a specialist M&A firm, mid-tier, or prominent national practice, where you have established a strong presence in the corporate arena.
Beyond your technical skills, the firm values soft skills that enhance client communication and business development. Your ability to generate additional client activities will also be crucial. As a Partner (or Special Counsel looking to step up), you must have the confidence to back yourself, aiming to have supervised fees of $800K to step into the Salaried Partner level role, or $1.6M as the entry point to equity.
