We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in a newly created role. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in public practice with perhaps some commercial experience, ready to take on responsibilities in Corporate Tax, tax effect accounting, transfer pricing, and international tax exposure across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Tax Management: Oversee Corporate Tax compliance and planning, ensuring all filings are accurate and timely;
- Tax Effect Accounting: Manage tax effect accounting processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements;
- Transfer Pricing: Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies, documentation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions;
- International Tax: Provide expertise on international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, tax treaties, and global tax planning;
- Advisory and Support: Work closely with finance and business units to provide tax-related advice and support on various projects and transactions;
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate tax risks, implementing best practices to safeguard the company's interests; and
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to support the company's overall tax strategy.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Corporate Tax, tax effect accounting, transfer pricing, and international tax principles;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; and
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
