Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role offers you the chance to further develop and drive their corporate fundraising strategy and make a real impact on both the organisation and our community! Building on previous success, you will play a vital role as part of a team committed to driving growth, engagement, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities along with other initiatives within the organisation.
The role would suit a professional natural relationship builder with (preferably) experience in partnerships acquisition and account management and the ability to work in a large complex organisation. Bring your dynamism, passion for social justice, a keen interest in learning and an ability to working collaboratively to work on retention, growth of existing and acquisition of new partners and make an impact to those people most in need.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to successful implementation of the Strategic Plan with their team.
- Ensure funding, acquisition and growth targets achieved across corporate portfolio.
- Build and retain relationships with corporate partners.
- Coordinate delivery of partnerships programs, successfully delivering support processes for partnerships function.
- Participate in external networking events and deliver presentations.
- Research existing and new partnerships opportunities.
- Collaborate and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Work with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure effective completion of analysis and reporting is conducted on campaign performance.
- Represent the organisation internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management (with a preference in corporate fundraising desirable but not essential)
- Strong business acumen, analytical and commercially minded.
- Enthusiastic, able to work with humility, patience and a genuine passion for social justice.
- Confident in public speaking with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work with large organisations with multiple offices in metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
- NSW Drivers License preferable
- Positive can-do attitude with strong work ethic and ability to operate well in a collaborative supportive and complex environment.
