We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and proactive Corporate Performance Officer to join our Corporate team!
The objective of this role is to facilitate the ongoing development and implementation of strategic planning, business planning, and organisational performance management frameworks. This position will be largely responsible for performance planning and reporting and will assist in the growth of risk maturity and compliance at City of Darwin.
Key Areas of Service Delivery Responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
- Support the integrated planning and performance reporting function in a political environment through the development of the Municipal Plan, Annual Report, and periodic performance reporting for external and internal stakeholders
- Lead and administer systems and processes for City of Darwin Corporate Performance and compliance, including playing a leadership role in the administration of the broader CAMMS suite, including educating and advising staff
- Support the maintenance and currency of the Strategic Plan and other planning documents by playing a proactive role in annual review and periodic refreshes.
