Your new role
Your new role as Corporate Receptionist will be front of house, creating a first impression, meeting and greeting clients. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
Answering incoming calls and emails
Managing Director & Manager calendars
Dealing with income and outgoing postage
General banking
Preparing letters and outgoing electronic correspondence
Processing client invoices
Assisting with client debtor control
Scanning and filing electronic client information
Liaising with government and regulatory bodies
Database management
Offering administration support to Managers and accounting staff
Assisting team members with adhoc administration tasks and errands - anything from banking to event planning - no two days are the same!
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Demonstrated experience within a corporate environment in a reception and/or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional presentation at all times
Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using FuseSign will be highly regarded
