As a Corporate Receptionist, your primary role will be to provide professional and friendly customer service to all callers and visitors. You will also be responsible for providing essential administration support.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide professional response to all incoming calls and assist in managing other enquiries through the customer feedback and enquiries portal
- Welcome visitors to the Management Centre ensuring check-in procedures are adhered to
- Receive and distribute all mail and deliveries to the Management Centre
- Assist with the coordination of other employee engagement, social and well-being initiatives
- Proactively provide administration support to the administration team
- Database maintenance as required
The ideal candidate for this Corporate Receptionist role will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles in reception or administration within a customer-centric corporate environment. You will have general office administration experience along with competency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Demonstrated experience working in a reception/administrative role within a customer-centric corporate environment
- General office administration experience
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time management skills will enable you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of work
- Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, proactively helping out with various tasks as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills will ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organisation
